The Meriam Instrument Company Manometer. Type W. Model M - 174. Meriam manometer.
I know nothing about this or how it works or or even how to test it.. So please check pictures as they are most of the description.
I know that the thermometer has all the  Mercury in it and is not cracked anywhere.
The leather strap is broke on one end.
There's a hose on the back  that looks to be in good condition with no damage that I can see.
As far as I know this could work but again I don't even know how to use it.
So this is sold as is.
It measures approximately 28 and a quarter inches at its longest point,by approximately 3 and a 1/2 inches wide by approximately 2 and 3/4 inches thick.
There are 2 hinges on the front that probably held a door or cover over the thermometer part of this.
