  • Condition: Lab surplus, in good overall cosmetic condition, as shown. Some scuffs, stains, and label/writing residue. I am selling it for parts/repair due to the following issues (there could be others I haven't seen). Plastic knurled housing on the function knob is missing. The knob can easily be turned by hand. I can't confirm that the counter works properly on all settings. I confirmed 10MHz & 20MHz signals, and the display responds to the controls, but I haven't tested it further. Something is rattling inside the case. I suspect that it's a locknut from one of the chassis screws, but don't know for sure.
