    This Jacobus Giuseppe Bellinazzi labelled violin in a very nice ready to play condition. The transparent orange-brown oil varnish coats top-quality tone woods that were selected with confidence, and their outstanding resonant properties give the instrument its inimitably Italian character with a large and radiant voice that has matured over the years. In playable condition, this violin is compelling, with a powerful sound full of bright brilliance and soloist volume. Its comfortable playing characteristics and its bright, ringing sound open up a broad range of musical interpretations.
