Does not have the rear feet but does have the bottom feet. The 10 Hz to 500 MHz section works and is shown in the pictures. The 500 MHz to 26.5 GHz range works and is shown in the pictures.

Testing
I used my Fluke 5700A opt 003 and HP 8673D to test over a range of 10 Hz to 26.5 GHz.
The 10 Hz to 500 MHz range is fully functional (both 50 and 1M input).
The 500 MHz to 26.5 GHz range is fully functional.
