    As with almost every microwave counter that HP/Agilent/Keysight has ever made that has a built in power meter in it and uses a diode type sensor, the diode in this unit has been overpowered and is no longer accurate or linear. The Counter works great and is guaranteed but the power meter portion is sold as-is.  Standard Unit, no options.
