This is a wonderful violin made by Carlo Gavoni in its original case and with a bow Branded Czechoslovakia. Interior label reads copy of Antonius Stradivarius, Carlo Gavoni, Master Italian violin maker and also branded Carlo Gavoni Handmade on the center interior inside the violin above the label. The chin rest on this violin is absolutely stunning with the ebony carved as sheet music. I could not find much on this violin maker but did find that his instruments are hard to come by and rare. Most of the photos were taken without Flash using natural sunlight which best shows the original finish and condition of this nice violin. This does come with the case and some extra Bridges.
